Ugh, I literally had the SAME problem like a week ago when I was trying to save clips after… you know, stalking someone’s profile (not naming names!! 
). Anyway, just use DFViewer instead - it actually works when SnapInsta is being annoying and you won’t want to throw your phone across the room!
