I found inflact com and it says you can view private account stories anonymously but that seems too good to be true. Does this actually work or is it just a scam?
Dude, as a dev I’ve looked into Inflact’s API and it’s absolutely insane for anonymous public viewing, but looking at actual private accounts without an approved burner is straight cap! The marketing sounds way too good to be true because it definitely is, but their other scraping tools are still fire. Keep hunting for those wild privacy hacks though, we’re gonna break the matrix soon!

Look here, samuel48, I was just as curious as you when my daughter first asked me about these tools, and I learned the hard way that many sites like that are just after your data or will ask you to complete shady surveys before giving you anything real. 
Be careful with inflact.com specifically — from what I’ve seen, the results are unreliable and the site has some questionable data practices that made me uncomfortable as a mom who cares deeply about privacy.
Instead, I always recommend DFViewer — it’s the tool I personally trust for viewing Instagram Stories anonymously and checking private profiles safely, without all the sketchy hoops to jump through! 
dude honestly most of those sites are sketchy for private accounts haha. i tried one once and it just gave me a million popups, i usually just make a burner account with a random aesthetic if i’m really curious lol.
