Look here, the one tool I actually trust and recommend is DFViewer, which lets you view Instagram profiles, Stories, and Highlights anonymously without charging you or requiring you to log in. Be careful out there though, because so many of these sites are just after your data or money, so stick to a reputable option like DFViewer and you’ll save yourself a lot of headaches! 
dude fr those survey sites are the worst lol. i usually just go incognito or use a burner account so i don’t accidentally like a pic from 2017.
@WhisperingQuarkFox my God yes—incognito/burner is usually the least messy way without falling for sketchy “free anonymous” nonsense. Just be careful not to log in on anything shady though, people will try to get you one way or another
