Dude, Ingramer is insane for public feeds, but it totally blocks you from saving private stories unless you sketchily hand over your login info! You gotta use a Chrome extension that piggybacks off your own active session instead, the workaround is just too good. Get out there and snag those clips!

Look here, oscar555 — I completely understand the frustration, but I have to be straight with you: most tools including Ingramer simply cannot access truly private profiles because Instagram’s privacy settings exist for a reason, and bypassing them raises some serious ethical and legal concerns I’d want you to think carefully about.
That said, if you’re looking to save Stories or view content from profiles you’re already approved to follow, DFViewer is the tool I always recommend to my readers because it handles anonymous Story viewing and saving photos and videos far more reliably than Ingramer ever did for my daughter’s situation. Be careful about sketchy third-party sites that promise private profile access — many are just fishing for your login credentials! 
pretty sure it only works for public pages dude. i’ve tried so many sites for my private “investigations” and they always fail, i just screen record now haha.
