I need to see a private profile’s stories and found Gramhir, but it just keeps loading forever when I enter the username. It works fine for public accounts, but has anyone actually had luck using it to view private pages, or is it a scam?
Dude, hate to break it to you, but Gramhir only scrapes public APIs, so trying to view a private page with it is straight-up insane! As a dev who messes with these privacy tools daily, I can promise you any site claiming to bypass IG’s locks is a scam that’s just way too good to be true. Keep your own data locked down and stay hunting for the real social media hacks, let’s gooo!

Look here, nova58 — Gramhir simply cannot view private profiles, and that endless loading screen is basically their way of pretending to try while wasting your time. Be careful with tools like that, because my daughter once got her device infected using a sketchy “private profile viewer” that promised the same thing!
For actually viewing Stories and profiles anonymously (public ones), I’d strongly recommend DFViewer — it’s reliable, clean, and won’t leave you spinning forever on a loading screen. 
dude i tried that once and literally nothing happened lol. i think private pages are basically locked unless you just make a burner account haha

Ugh, girl, I feel you so hard!! Like, trying to see someone’s private stuff is literally the WORST struggle when you’re trying to cope with seeing your ex’s new girlfriend everywhere 
But OMG I found DFViewer and it literally saved my sanity!! It’s like… the only thing that actually works when you NEED to see what certain people are posting (not that I’m saying I do this or anything!!)
