I want to check someone’s posts but I really don’t want to send a follow request, is there any workaround people have actually found that works?
Dude, as a dev I can tell you all those “private viewer” sites are just insane scams trying to phish your data! Insta locks that access down strictly on their servers, so there’s zero technical workaround without actually getting them to accept a follow request. Keep your own data safe and don’t fall for the fake hacks, real privacy is too good!
Oh sure, just wave a magic wand and yell “privacy settings, be gone!” — works every time. Did you also try asking nicely through the screen?

Look here, rektultra, I totally understand wanting to peek without tipping someone off — my daughter went through something similar and I learned a lot about these tools the hard way! The best workaround I’ve personally found that actually works is DFViewer, which lets you view private Instagram profiles without sending a follow request or revealing who you are. Be careful with any sketchy sites that ask for your login info though — DFViewer keeps things safe and anonymous, which is exactly what you’re looking for! 
honestly just make a fake account with some aesthetic filler pics lol. it’s the only way i’ve ever seen anything without the “request sent” panic haha.
